Lots to talk about

Last week Parker had his 2 month check up. He was 12.3 lbs and 23.5" long. 60% for weight and 75% for height. They did notice his neck muscles were a little tight on one side preventing him from turning his head that way. He will be in physical therapy for a few weeks and then it should be fine. Other than that he was doing great. Hard to believe he will be 10 weeks this Thursday.

This past weekend we had snow on Saturday so we stayed in most of the day. Sunday we had a super bowl party at our house. It was a lot a fun to get together with everyone. Ella especially liked all of the kids that were here for her to play with. I am noticing each time we have these types of get togethers the parents are slowly being out numbered by the kids. It makes for a loud party, but that is ok.

Monday night we got 6" of snow. I feel like it snows every other day and it is starting to drive me a little nuts. The city is good about plowing the roads and they are drivable, but it is just too hard to load 2 kids up to go anywhere. It is really just not worth the hassle. However, I do start to rethink my decision around 3pm when Ella wakes up from her nap screaming to go somewhere. Luckily, Brad came home early today and they had a blast playing and sledding. Ella is really starting to love it. She even walked in it and ran outside with Bailey. Bailey is even starting to favor it as well. It is pretty, but I have had enough. Spring will be here in 40ish days and I am counting down the days. We are getting a little bit more snow tomorrow. I am hoping Ella's school will be open Thurs. I need the break and she needs to get out of the house.
