We all had a great Valentines Day. Brad treated me Saturday to a day of shopping by myself, pandora charms, and a wonderful meal cooked all by him. I was impressed. Ella also had a great day. She thought it was someones birthday hence the picture of her blowing out the candle. I bought yummy cupcakes for our dessert and Ella thinks birthday when she has cake. Ella also picked out a Mickey Mouse book for Valentines Day.
Ella has been in rare form because we have been couped up in the house, but we have tried to make the best of it. I realize each day how much she is growing. Everyday she will ask me how was my day. She spends the entire day with me so she should know. I can pretty much carry on an entire conversation with her. Occasionally I will not understand a word or two. Other news. I started potty training today since we are stuck in the house all day and it looks like I may be stuck tomorrow too. I am pretty sure she is ready it is just getting her to stop what she is doing and go. It has been snowing all day and no sign of letting up so we will have all day to potty train tomorrow too. They are saying close to 8". Are you freaking kidding me!!! PLEASE stop snowing so I can get out of the house with these 2 kids.
Parker has really changed alot this last week. He is smiling so much more. It melts my heart. It makes those sleepless nights so worth it. He is doing better about sleeping in his crib as well, but we are still not going more than 4 hours. One night he went to 5 hours and I thought I was in heaven. He is also noticing things around him alot more. I can sit him in his bouncy and actually take a shower without him screaming. That is so nice.
