I survived

Today was my first outing with both kids by myself. I could not stay in this house any longer and more importantly Ella was ready to get out. I took them to the Pottery Barn story time at the mall. Because I am normally at work I have never been. It was alot of fun. They read 2 books and then the kids sang a few songs. There were about 10 kids there. Ella enjoyed it. We then headed over to Von Maur. Ella loves to play with the train table they have. Unlike Lenox Mall in Atlanta the malls here really cater to kids. They have little rides and things they can do. It is great inexpensive place to go when it is too cold outside to do anything else. I foresee us spending alot of time there.

Both kids were great. Ella rode in the stroller some and then helped me push Parker. She did not run away from me once which is a huge success. Parker slept the whole time. The most diff cult part was trying to get them all bundled up since it is so cold here. Once we were all bundled up and loaded in the car the rest was a breeze.
