One Month Old

Parker is one month today. It is hard to believe. It sounds crazy, but I was sad when his umbilical cord came off about a week after he was born. To me that is a true sign he is not a new born. Now Parker is starting to stretch out his legs and is not all balled up, which is another characteristic of a new born. In a months time he is eating all of the time, making all kinds of grunts and squeals, and our all time favorite is the gas that sounds like a grown man. Brad and I are still trying to figure that one out. He is a precious laid back baby. He is already napping in his crib and will hang out in his swing for hours. He lets you know if he is hungry or if his stomach hurts. Other than that he is pretty content just looking around and watching his big sister run around like a maniac. He has already adjusted to all of the chaos in the house and will sleep right through all of Ella's screaming and Bailey's barking.

Ella is doing great too. She is starting to get extremely stir crazy because this is the 4th week in a row we have been in the house. Parker has his 5week dr appt next week and I think after that I am going to gradually start getting him out. I am not sure I can stay in the house too much longer with out going crazy.

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year's Eve. We are going to hang at the house and I may even see it to midnight if Parker is up feeding.
