Thankful

Brad and I have spent alot of time this weekend being thankful that we are ok and were not affected by the tornaodes on Friday. They were all above us and below us, but somehow it did not hit us. We had no idea the devastion until we turned the tv on and saw towns within 10miles of us that had been wiped off of the map. Children woke up in the hospital alone because their parents are still missing or dead. I have a very heavy heart for these poor families and thank God we are ok. We have so many tornado warnings where we live that sometimes we do not take them seriously, but when the today show and the national weather forecasters were in our town we knew it was going to be bad. I wonder how mother nature can be so cruel.

The rest of our weekend was filled with bike rides, seeing the dinosaur exhibit, church,

and just relaxing at home.
