We had a great weekend. The leaves have all turned beautiful colors and the weather is gorgeous so we have been taking advantage of it. Saturday we meet friends for some more pumpkin picking and tractor riding. Ella could ride tractors all day long. Parker loves the bumpy ride. It almost put him to sleep. We all had a great time and then came home and spent the rest of the afternoon napping and watching football.
Sunday Parker's girlfriend Molly turned 1. Parker and Molly see alot of each other and are really starting to interact. It is very cute. We all had a great time celebrating her birthday.
A little update on the kids. Parker is now cruising all over the place. He is not brave enough to let go yet and if he did he would fall. So he gets up and then screams for me to help him back down. This goes on over and over again. He has also started eating some people food. His favorites so far are nuggets, crackers, cheese, and strawberries. Not a very healthy diet so we supplement with baby veggies.
Ella is coming up with new things to say everyday. I love that we now carry on conversations about friends, princesses, and her days at school. Her and I play with make-up and barbies all day long. I loved playing with barbies as a kid and I still do. I can still remember making barbie water beds by filling zip lock bags with water. I still think that is pretty genius. I can not wait until she gets into porcelain dolls. I love being able to be a kid again. I will get into trucks and army men with Parker too.
