Pool Time

It has been so hot here the last few days that you either have to be in the pool or indoors so we have chosen the pool. Parker likes the pool ok, but normally if Brad is not with me I put him in the childcare area at the YMCA. He loves it and they are so sweet to him. Today I took Lillian and Ella to the pool. Mary Patt just had Lachlynn 2 weeks ago and can obviously not go to the pool with a newborn. Lillian is so well behaved that today was a breeze. The girls played well together for the most part. Ella was a little jealous that we all had to stay together and we had to take turns on what slide we did etc. You will see in the picture she is pouting because she was not getting her way.

Ella's newest thing is to tell me she is not happy when she gets in trouble. It made me laugh the first few times, which completely defeats me trying to discipline her. It seems lately most things she says cracks me up. Who knows where she hears it. I have also heard a few "choice words" as well and I do know where she has heard those from.

Parker is growing like a weed and reaching milestones daily. He can sit up and reach all around without falling over, he is trying to get on his knees and rock, he loves any type of food I put in front of him and he is the best snuggler.
