Road Trip

I have to start of by saying I am so mad I forgot the camera so I was not able to get any pictures of our trip to Knoxville.

We all got loaded into the car on Friday afternoon and Brad and I were ready for the worst. Brad started off by saying, "please disregard anything I say on this road trip, I do not mean it". Luckily, there was no reason for choice words. The kids were great. Ella watched Barney the entire time and just kept saying I am going to see Nana and Nana's choo choo. Parker slept the entire time. After getting to Knoxville Brad and I literally thru the kids out and we went out by ourselves for the first time in at least 2.5months. I was really looking forward to going to this little wine bar,but it was closed and we found ourselves at a loud pub. Anywhere was the perfect place. I even heard the band play rocky top. My night was complete.

Ella had so much fun the rest of weekend playing with Nana. Ella talked from the time she got up until the time she went to bed. She would even roll over in the middle of the night and talk to Nana and go right back to sleep. Nana and Ella had a slumber party. I so wish Mom lived closer to us and Ella does too. When we pulled in the driveway at home Ella starting crying and screaming I want to go see Nana. It broke my heart. Parker met my brother and grandmother for the first time as well. We all had the best weekend and were sad to leave ESPECIALLY Ella, but it is always nice to be back home.
