My best friend

Ella is sure making alot of friends at daycare. When I have time I sit with her in the morning and watch her play. All of the other kids are crawling and most are smaller than her. They crawl all over her lap and get all up in her personal space. Not to worry, Ella has learned how to fend for herself. She will put her hands on their face and push them off. Sometimes she sticks her fingers in their nose, gross I know. I keep telling her to play nice but if someone was crawling all over me I would push them away too. Her all time best friend these days is Bailey though. I tried to get a video of them playing.(I will post it tonight) Bailey will sit as close to her as possible and Ella will grab his ears, or he will lick her hand, and she will cackle. Anytime she is whiney I call for Bailey and he comes to the rescue and plays with her. I am so glad they are so good together. It is super cute to watch too.

Our weekend was nice and we did not do too much. Ella and I did go to the mall yesterday and I have found the trick to making her like the mall and most importantly letting me shop. She was due for her bottle, so she held onto that and drank for the first few minutes. About 1hr into it she started to get cranky. I gave her pinwheels, which worked wonders. The first thing you read is do not give your baby food to make them stop crying. OOPS!
