I love Fall

Scott and April were so nice to invite us to the mountains with them this weekend. We stayed in a beautiful home that I would for sure not consider a log cabin type of mountain home. It was huge. The views at the house were amazing. The trees were just changing so it was a rainbow of colors.

Sat. night we put the kids to bed and we enjoyed playing board games and stayed up way to late. I looked at the clock at it was after 1am. We all realized real quick why we do not stay up late like we use to with babies because they were up bright and early. It was all worth it though. We attempted dinner on Sat. night and it was fun but lots of work. Andrew loves to eat so the food could not come quick enough for him and then Ella loves to scream so April and I found ourselves at the table by ourselves while the husbands attended to the kids outside. Not a bad deal if you ask me. Eventhough sometimes it is hard to go to dinner they have the same mentality we do. Continue to go and the kids will have to adjust. If you give in then we will always be stuck at the house.

Ella really loved being at the moutians too. We spent alot time outside on the porch in the rocking chairs with her. She had so many things to look at. Wild turkeys even came to the backyard which was really neat. We owe Scott and April a huge thank you for inviting us. We really enjoyed hanging out with them and Andrew. Andrew is gotten to be such a big boy and he is too cute running around all over the place smiling.
