Let me explain the headline of my post. Living in Ga during football season can be really bad or really good depending on who wins the football game. I am glad to say my VOLS did not just win but they ran all over the UGA bulldogs. We have not heard from Pops Lesshafft today, but I promise you it is only because he does not want to listen to me!! It is all in fun of course.
I got off on a little tangent but now on to our nice weekend. Ella is really starting to feel the affects of cutting teeth and so is mommy and daddy. She had a great day on Sat. but that night was not so fun. She woke up at 4:30 am and you could tell she was hurting. I really hate to see her in pain. Sat. afternoon we had such a nice time at a fall festival right near our house though. They had a petting zoo which was really neat. Ella did not know what to think of the donkey. They also had a gourmet bake sale which I was really happy about because I have started this new diet and it was the first time I have had anything sweet in almost a week. I did lose 3lbs in one week which I was very happy about. It is nice to see results.
That evening we grilled out with The Kimball's. Rebecca is doing great. I had not seen her in a few weeks so it was good to see how she has grown, as well as, catch up with Mira and John. John is a big TN fan too, so it was nice watching the game with them. Ella was her cute and good self as always.
We had high hopes of going to church this morning but Ella had other plans for us. With little sleep and Ella being a little a cranky we thought it was better to hang at home. I am kind of glad to be able to relax for a change.
I am off to take a nap with Ella.
