Brad and I have been married 3 years today and it has been great. We were talking about how many things have changed since we met over 6 years ago and for sure since we have been married. We have traded in our late night party days for late night feedings, rocking Ella to sleep and oh yes Bailey has his late night panic attacks as well. It is fun to remember those days but I am loving this stage of our life and know the future holds lots of great things for us. It is unfortunate though that Brad has class tonight so I am spending our anniversary with Ella and Bailey. However, my good friend Julie is coming to watch Ella tomorrow so Brad and I can go out and celebrate. I am looking so forward to that.
Ella has had a good start to the week. She is laughing and smiling like always. I actually got a pic of her smiling finally. You have to be quick. We have been working on tummy time and she does not like it. I am afraid our little butter ball might crawl late because it is hard for her to hold herself up. Those legs will take her anywhere but her arms need some help. I know she will be so happy when she can get around because she is so curious. I am actually ok with her crawling late but I know she is not. Hopefully she will get there when she is ready.
Bailey and Ella have really come to like each other. Except for when Ella cries. Bailey just looks at her like would you shut up. I was able to get a pic of him giving her kisses. She does not seem to mind. I think Bailey will start to like and dislike Ella all at the same time as she gets older. He will love to play with her but I am sure he is not going to be fond of her pulling his tail and ears.
I also put a picture of Brad and I in St. Lucia before Ella. Whew, I look well rested in that picture an so tan.
