We went down to Augusta for the weekend and a good time was had by all. Ella of course was loved and held just as much as she wanted. Sat. night we went to Pizza Joint, a Sat. night tradition for Bill and Susie. They load up Cassie (their black lab) and downtown they go. Brad and I loaded up Ella, and oh yes Bailey, and we headed to see what all the fun was about. Ella did great and Bailey had enough pizza to last him a week. Ben and Megan also joined us.
Bill and Susie have 2 other dogs, another black lab, and a horse is what I call Buster. Bailey and Buster do not get along at all. This shown to even more true this weekend. Bailey was on 24 hour watch. He protected Ella at all times from Buster and would not leave Ella's side. Funny thing is one bite by Buster and Bailey would have been in big trouble. It was nice to see what a watch dog he is though.
Ella is stuck with the two of usfor awhile. I know she hopes her grandparents come and visit her soon.
