Ella wants to go back

We had a very nice weekend. Sat. afternoon I spent the day with Sara at her pool while daddy had some good bonding time with Ella before he had to leave for Chicago. It was his first time away from Ella for more than one night, so I know it was very hard on him. He will be back today. We sure miss him. He is so great with Ella and pretty much takes over when he gets home from work. I am very lucky.

We headed to Knoxville on Sun. to introduce Ella to her aunts, uncles, and cousins. We had such a nice time with everyone. Especially Ella. Ella normally loves to be held all of the time, but because no one would even let her make a peep before they snatched her up, she actually enjoyed being put down. However, now that we are back home she wants the grandmaw Torbetts here to be at her beck and call. Mommy does not quiet do what Ella wants all of the time. I guess that is what grandparents are for. I was spoiled rotten by the grandparents as well.

Ella is starting to smile now. That really makes me melt. Daddy will be glad to see that today!!
