Beach Week

We headed to the beach last Friday with Mamaw Rose and Nana. The kids could not wait to get there to spend a whole week soaking up the sand and hugs. They sure did alot of both. Both of the kids loved the beach this year. Ella even played in the water on a boogie board. Parker loved playing in the sand but did not care too much for the ocean. This was the first year that the kids would just play and we could sit and relax. It was very nice. We enjoyed lots of eating out too. One of the kids favorite things was going to an outdoor concert. They played, danced, and ate ice cream while we enjoyed a few cocktails. A perfect evening. The kids were very sad to leave and Ella has been a little emotional now that she has lost her playbuddy nana. She wants us to entertain her 100% of the time like Nana does. We are already looking foward to next year!
