Friends and Family

We did our tour of the sounthern states this weekend,Louisville, Knoxville, Atlanta, and Augusta. We had a great time and the trip went really smooth. The kids are finally getting old enough that they travel well and understand by traveling you get to do and see fun things. It is also so great to see my girlfriends in Atlanta. Everytime I go back it makes me miss living there, but our family has made a pretty good little life in Louisville. We did alot of shopping, eating, and just visiting with everyone. One of the highlights was taking the kids to the aquarium. They were in awe of it all. Parker is still talking about the big fish. I loved watching him just stand in amazement and look at everything. Ella could not wait to come back home and tell her friends. After Atlanta we made our way down to Augusta and the kids were thrilled to see Megan, Ben, Pops, and Susu. It is hard to believe we have not scene them since Dec. We enjoyed the afternoon at their house grilling out and playing basketball. Ella is pretty good and Parker trys so hard. Ella also made ants on a log with SuSu so I had to go to the store to get the things to make it. So guess what our snacks have been the past few days. Finally, after Augusta we stopped by Knoxville to get Bailey and enjoyed a great dinner. We enjoyed visited with Uncle Chad and Clare too.

We are all still tired from staying up late and not taking naps. The kids are having a little bit of a hard time trying to get back into a routine, but we are getting there.
