Ella went camping with Brad for the first time on Friday night. Our church had a family camping night on the church grounds that included roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. Parker and I went for just a little bit to roast hot dogs, but then had to come back. While I was there she she was running around playing with all of the kids. She is so good at making new friends. She would go up to the little girls and tell them her name. She of course spotted a little boy playing with a ball so she spent alot of time with him. Later that evening they watched a movie outside and Brad said Ella made it until 10:30 and then was out. She actually slept all night in the tent with Brad. I woke up around 5:30 to feed Parker and it was pouring. Ella was a trooper though and slept right through it. When Parker gets older it looks we will have many camping trips in our future. I am not going to lie my kind of camping is in a long cabin with a shower and bed, but if the kids want to camp in a tent well I will do that too. After hearing how much fun Ella and Brad had it can not be too bad.
On Sunday Brad and Ella went to ride go carts. Of course she loved this too. Ella had a pretty big weekend with Daddy. Hopefully soon mommy and Parker will be able to partake in some of the fun.
