Wearing my shoes.
Ella's new favorite word is No. I can ask her any question and she always says no. She probably thinks her middle name is No, since she hears us say it about 100 times a day. I try to tell her why we are saying no and alot of the time she does understand. Each day she understands so much more. She has also turned into this little person with alot of personality. One of the funniest things to me is when you are sitting in the floor with her playing or reading. You have to sit with your legs spread out so she can sit in the middle. If you do not sit this way she will take your legs and move them the way she likes. This child knows what she wants down to the way you sit on the floor. Ella has also decided she does not like for us to touch her unless we are rubbing her with her deer ears. I know sounds crazy. She loves to be rubbed, but again it is a certain way. The deer is involved in everything we do down to how her feet are rubbed.
Our weekend was pretty uneventful. I started off Sat. with a massage thanks to my Valentines Day gift from Brad. It was a wonderful treat. That evening we met friends out for dinner. While we were sitting down eating Ella proceeds to throw beans on a guys leg walking by our table. I do not think he realized she had done it, which was good. Of course we kept a straight face and corrected her, but it was hard not to bust out laughing. Sunday Brad went to the UofL basketball game and Ella and I had some good girl time, which of course including a little shopping for Ella. Hopefully one of these days mommy will be included in the shopping :).
