Brad was so happy we both had our Louisville colors on. (Mine by mistake, and Ella's jersey compliments of daddy.)
Weekends are always great, but Ella has been a little challenging lately. Can she really be having temper tantrums at 13 months? Her behavior this weekend sure makes me think so. The biggest thing that drives me crazy is when she is throwing her food when she's done and wants to get up. If you do not pick her up immediately she gets mad and throws her food across the room. We of course correct her and then it turns into an all out tantrum. Going out to eat is also getting very hard. She is so much better at home, which makes me think she would just rather stay at home and play and not have to go anywhere. I hate to break it to her that she is going to have to behave at restaurants. I know if we give in then we will never be going on out.
She is also very sweet, so it makes it hard to even correct her sometimes. We try to tell her "no" when she throws her tantrums, but then comes and wants to love on me. It is amazing how many things she is learning. I was playing with her during bath time and I was putting together one of her toys. She took it apart so she could put it back together like I did. She almost got it right. Her walking is going great too. She also had one molar cut through and another front tooth. We are up to 7 now!
