First Day

Today was a first for both Ella and I. Ella had her first full day at her new day care today and she did great. I think she was kind of getting tired of just being with mommy all day since she is so used to being around other children. She went straight to her teacher when we dropped her off and that's when we snuck out. We did not even hear a peep from her. Miss Tammy, her teacher, said she napped great and of course ate well too. Brad peeped in the door before going in to pick her up and he said she was playing in the floor and crawling all over the place. That is so good to hear. I was torn between going back to work or staying home. I thought going back would give us a better way of life for now and knowing Ella is happy at day care makes me feel so good about my decision.

My first day was good too. I think I am going to like this newspaper. The job is similar to my old one, other than the fact that I used to have 12 other co-workers in my department, and now it's just me. I guess that makes for good job security. My boss seems really great too. She is very hands-off from what I can tell. Really how much can you gather in one day though?
