For those of you that do not know, Brad has been gone since Fri. morning and just got back on Wed. We are so glad to have him back. He told me he was so excited to pick up Ella that he was running down the hall at day-care to get her. She lit up when she saw her daddy. He was sure missed! My mom came and helped us out for 2 days, which was very nice. Ella, Bailey and me did great on our own for the few other days. Don't get wrong, it was crazy and I went to work with my hair not washed and few wrinkles in my clothes ... but I did not mind. Ella is so much fun to play with. Spending time with her is fun, if only I did not have to worry about the mundane things like laundry and house cleaning. Huge thanks to April and Scott for taking out our trash and walking Bailey everyday.
It actually snowed twice in Atlanta last week. That was really neat to see. Bailey loved it too (after he stopped being afraid of it). I guess he thought the snow was going to jump up and bite him.
Ella is always changing. When Brad got back from his trip, he said he could not believe how much she has grown in just 6 days. She is pretty much sitting up on her own. My mom also taught her a new trick; she now closes her eyes real tight and scrunches her nose. I think she knows it is cute because she will do it and then laugh.
Mon. afternoon we made our way over to Mira's to play with Rebecca. Julie and Ellen stopped by a little to play as well. It was nice to have MLK Day off.
